San Juan County Historical Society will be joining friends and colleagues at the Animas Museum in Durango to commemorate Silverton’s 150th anniversary. This event will be part of the Animas Museum’s Second Saturday Seminar Series, focusing on the early history of Silverton and will be presented by local historians Charles DiFerdinando and Susan Jones.
