Parade starts at 11 am in front of Silverton Hardware (all ages, and pets welcome). We’ll parade on the sidewalks (remember to cross at crosswalks) and end in Memorial Park for refreshments* from Coffee Bear. Residents can also drive their cars to Memorial Park to Trunk-or-Treat in the park after the parade.
