It’s the spooky season and the library is excited to host the 2nd annual halloween costume contest party! There will be games, halloween temporary tattoos, lots of treats, crafts, and much more! Come in your best costume as everyone will be voting on the best kids costume and the best adult costume. Winners will leave with an awesome prize! It’s going to be a ghostly bash!
